About Me

Ula Demetriades, DipHom CCH

My work is driven by a simple intention: to show you how powerful and life‑changing homeopathy can be. Each day in my practice, I see how powerful & gentle natural medicine can be, and it is a privilege to accompany people on their healing journeys.

My training at the Central College of Homeopathy gave me a strong foundation in modern, holistic practice — one that considers the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of health.

Alongside my general practice, I have developed a strong focus on women’s health, with a particular passion for supporting wellbeing during peri‑menopause and menopause. My additional training, including a certificate in Balancing Female Hormones, enables me to guide women naturally through hormonal transitions and offer truly holistic, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

I have also expanded my clinical training to include Nutritional Therapy, as well as specialised study in Gut Health and the Immune System. This additional expertise allows me to take a broader, more integrated view of each person’s wellbeing. The gut is now widely understood to influence everything from immunity and inflammation to mood and hormonal balance, which is why addressing digestive health can be a key step in resolving many long‑standing issues. By combining nutritional knowledge with homeopathic insight, I am able to support patients in a more comprehensive and effective way, helping them move toward lasting, whole‑body health.

With years of experience behind me, I’m committed to offering care that feels genuine, effective, and truly supportive.

My Journey

My journey with homeopathy began at one of the most vulnerable moments of my life — when I was struggling to fall pregnant. A friend pointed me toward homeopathy, and that changed everything. The results were so profound that I genuinely couldn’t imagine my life without homeopathy.

That realisation is what pushed me to study it deeply, understand it fully, and eventually build a life and career shaped by it.
Since then, homeopathy has become a natural part of my everyday life.  It has supported me through breastfeeding challenges, postnatal emotions, and the rollercoaster of early motherhood — but also through the ordinary, everyday moments that make up real life. I reach for it in countless situations: stress, sleep issues, emotional overwhelm, headaches, digestive upsets, hormonal shifts, immune support, and the inevitable bumps and scrapes of daily living.

Today, I don’t just practise homeopathy — I live by it.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages with a wide range of health concerns, and it remains an honour every single time. I would be delighted to support you on your journey too.
